International destination

I like the Netherlands for their nature areas, for example:
Waddenzee: which is dominated by the tide. At low tide the wadden fall dry. The flat area is a rich source of food and is ideal for birds to forage for fish and shell fish. The Waddenzee is home to more and more colonies of seals. At low tide, you can take a guided walk across the flats.
Oostvaardersplassen: When the plans for South Flevoland were made; the planners were not only thinking of people. A hectare piece of marshland on the edge of the polder was reserved as a nature area. Hundreds of species of birds, including geese, corcomants and spoonbills have made the Oostvaardersplassen their home. Highland cattle, wild horses and deer were brought in to keep the undergrowth down.
Veluwe: with its Woodland heath and sand dunes it is one of the oldest protected nature areas in the Netherlands. It is home to deer and wild boar. The Dutch believe it is so important to protect these wild animals that they have put ecoducts over, under and next to main roads so that animals can cross safely.
The most important for me is their culture and behavior. Most people are active in their leisure time. They are members of sports clubs, music groups or choirs. Many attend lessons or courses to learn a foreign language, cooking or computer skills.
The Dutch spend much of their leisure time doing odd jobs in and around the home. At weekends, they often visit friends or relatives. In the evening, they watch a lot of television. In most places, they can receive dozens of domestic and foreign TV channels on cable. Many people go on holiday abroad at least once a year. On their days off, many Dutch people go to weekend’s cottages or caravans on a campsite or they take in their sailboat or motor boat to the water.
Besides, their traditional customs are very interesting. Each area of the Netherlands had its own costume, so there are actually many traditional Dutch costumes. The most well known part of the traditional Dutch costume is the wooden clogs. The shape of the clogs different according to what area of the Netherlands they came from.
I like two things especially: the Dutchman (tulip) and the wind mill.

Video Games

The video games are interesting. They can generate skills in children, for example: some are educational, teaching us something and improving our hand-eye coordination.
There are also games that stimulate your brain and make you think; like exploring games explore. The players face different challenges such as solving puzles that are difficult to do or solve.
We have games that keep our body active; we can move around when playing, and it makes us laugh and relaxes mind and body.
You can play video games with other people or alone, so you can become a sociable person.
Some games can turn us into violent persons, for example; players use weapons, and often fight against each others.
It is possible to get addicted and spend too much time playing video games.
It is necessary to check out the games your children play and to limit the time.
In our time the tecnhology is very important for our life; but is more important to spend time with the family.

Letter of president

Zapote, San José
Dear Ms. President:
I am Lezahairam, I am a nurse and I am currently working in IAFA in this time.
I am writting you, because I am worried about the increase in crime in our country.
I think that crime is related to poverty, high costs of life (education, medical treatment, food) and the most important the families do not spend enough time together.
The lack of the jobs, and the low salaries make the people search for other forms to obtain money.
Also there, exist corrupter people; they look for poor people for to do bad things and to obtain easy Money. For example; drug traffickers use children to sell drugs.
Some suggestions:
 To have jobs opportunities for people with limited education
 To improve security in schools, high schools, universities and neighborhoods
 To improve wages for the policemen (it is a dangerous job, and poorly paid)
 To work together with the church on family campaigns (social work with needy people)
I hope that under your administration there are projects to reduce crime.
Thanks for your attention and time,
Sincerely,

Dra. Lezahairam Thomas Cornejo
